The Jardín del Cactus (Cactus Garden) is an art centre which is integrated into the landscape, and is another work by César Manrique. It is located in Guatiza, in the north east of the island. It is a botanical theme park with over 1000 species of different cacti.
The Jardín del Cactus offers visitors lovely walks along stone paths, surrounded by colourful cacti and ponds. The colour of the landscape contrasts with the black colour of the volcanic rocks on the ground.
